Åsa’s mission from a very young age has been creating connection. Already in her teenage years, she authored a paper on developing a system of housing that encouraged community and connection between generations and social groups. Her concept actually won a national contest and was built by the Minister of Housing in Sweden. Åsa then became a Swedish lawyer and taught law at the University of Stockholm before working as a consultant with advertising agencies on developing conscientious advertising. She later started Super Management AB and Partners in Excellence, two consulting companies that trained organizations like Volvo and Ericsson to combine success with wellbeing and happiness. Åsa then served as head of Press and Information at the Swedish College of Defense, where she worked with the Minister of Defense and other high ranking officers to change the image of the Swedish Military. In the US, Åsa founded Phenomenal Female, a company that supports women in marketing their products. She also wrote and published the Pocket Coach to Parenthood that teaches parents how to become the parents they always wished they had by connecting with themselves and their children. Most recently, Åsa has found great success with her art, which has been shown in major cities like LA, NY and Stockholm. Most importantly, perhaps, Åsa raised three sons of her own between Sweden and the US.
