A.E. Parrish grew up in Plainville, MA, and discovered her passion for healthcare early on, becoming a CNA and LPN through Tri-County RVTHS. She’s worked in the medical field since she was 14, but after a spinal cord injury as a mental health nurse, she shifted her focus to writing. A.E. now creates nursing study guides to help future healthcare professionals succeed, blending her clinical expertise with practical knowledge. She is also an advocate for preventing workplace violence in healthcare, striving to create safer environments for medical workers. Living in Plainville with her husband, two boys, cat Toulouse, and dog Beasley, A.E. finds joy in family life and creative hobbies like clay sculpting and charcoal drawing. She continues to inspire others through her work and her dedication to nursing.
