A. M. Burk

A.M. Burk was born in Pennsylvania, raised in upstate New York, and now calls Texas her home, where she lives with her husband and two children. A lifelong storyteller, Burk has had short stories featured in local anthologies and served as a narrative lead for a video game company before stepping away to focus on her family and her own writing career. Her kids constantly inspire her and love to tell her exactly which of her stories she is writing next. She is the author of "Princess Marie and the Pesky Piper" (co-authored by her three-year-old). In addition, she's working on her debut novel and a plethora of upcoming children's picture books (including some involving super-top-secret contributors!). When she's not writing, you can find her taking care of her zoo of animals, playing way too many hours of Marvel RIVALS, jamming out to musicals, knitting (yes, like what your granny used to do!), and hanging out at local independent bookstores.
