Aake Elden

Aake Elden is a consultant in strategy, leadership development, and team collaboration. He is a Norwegian executive with a background in psychology, pharmaceutical, business development, and organizational management. He has a track record of successfully utilizing scientific expertise in medical affairs, access, commercial, marketing, communication, and networks to solve corporate problems, drive design and development, and scale new solutions through human-centric and lean approaches. Having worked in both academia and the private sector, Elden has obtained a wide range of professional experience. Notable highlights from his career include inventing a network-based approach to consulting on demand for major clients, conducting insight reviews for major global pharmaceutical companies, and helping startups in digital, health, branding, and strategy. Elden's educational and professional development includes a Ph.D. in Psychology from UiT, The Arctic University of Norway, and postdoctoral studies in Biology from Université Louis Pasteur in Strasbourg, France.
