Adam Żmijewski

Author - born in 1968 in Łódź, Poland. He was raised in a family of teachers and photographers, which is why from an early age he showed sensitivity to beauty and care for the weaker people. In childhood, he revealed his talent for drawing, so his parents sent him to an art high school. Then he continued his artistic education at the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk (Poland), where he obtained a Master of Arts degree in the Department of Interior Design and Architecture. For many years he worked as a designer in an architectural office, creating interior designs for museums, offices and large-scale stores. After work, Adam often looked at the sky and dreamed of becoming a pilot, so on weekends he learned to fly gliders at the Gdańsk Aeroclub. When he came down from heaven to earth, he met a group of Christians who told him the Gospel about Jesus and then Adam converted, which completely changed his perception of the world and life. When, after several years of marriage, a child was finally born, Adam saw the need to write a few books for his son, and since it turned out that his child had several disabilities, he decided to create a few books tailored exactly to the needs of his child. After his first publishing success, the author decided to continue his writing and publishing activities in the field of children's books and recently also to expand it to books for slightly older recipients.
