Adam Gallagher

关于作者

Adam Gallagher is a public school graduate from a small town on the east coast of Australia that stumbled through an undergraduate Economics degree, a Masters in Commerce and Graduate diplomas in Information Systems and Corporate Governance. His academic experiences provided a near and far view of the behaviours of people, companies and economies, which has quietly preoccupied much of his idle thoughts throughout his working life. Through numerous professional experiences across debt and equity markets with both big and small institutions, Adam gained an appreciation of many different industries and business stages. He has spent the latter part of this career to date in the officeholder and executive ranks of various listed technology companies. While living within the paradigm, though never quite convinced of the merit of the conventional approach to corporate ownership he watched the decentralised era emerge with great interest. A couple of ideas landed on him and he felt compelled to heed the call from Pope Francis when in the depths of the pandemic the Pope called for the business world to “reimagine the economy”. Capitalism is Adam’s contribution.
