Adam Haeder

I am Adam Haeder, Operations Manager at Google in Council Bluffs, IA (right outside of Omaha, NE). I enjoy all things computer related, specifically hardware, open source, video games (new and old school) and video manipulation. I live near Omaha, NE with my wife and children. I graduated in 1996 from the University of South Dakota in Vermillion, SD with a degree in Computer Science. I was a member of the Honor Society, received USD's Presidential Scholarship, and received the John A. Lushbough Scholarship for Computer Science Student of the year in 1996. In the mid-1990s, I worked for EPS Technologies, a PC hardware manufacturer. I moved to Omaha in 1997 with EPS and than came to the AIM Institute in late 1997. I did just about every IT job at AIM, including desktop support, cabling, programming, database administration, web site development, project management, IT consulting, training (mostly Cisco and Linux) and management of our systems and development teams. In 2013 I accepted a position at the Google Data Center in Council Bluffs, IA. At Google, I manage a team of engineers that maintain the systems in the data center and continue its growth and adoption of new technology.
