Adam James Pollock

Adam James Pollock is a writer based in Ireland who has written on topics ranging from food and cooking to architecture, history and the countryside. He was shortlisted for the Emerging Voice Award at the 2024 Irish Food Writing Awards for his recent book Sustenance: A Guide to Good Food, which explains in depth the terminology, techniques and equipment needed to create restaurant quality food at home. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
