Native Bostonian & long time California resident Adam Gropman has written extensively for the LA Weekly, LA Times publications, Orange County Register, San Francisco's North Beach Now, Boston area Tab Newspapers, music magazines in Boston and San Francisco, and been published in the NY Times. His short plays 'Cat In a Box' a hypothetical tale of Whitey Bulger and his long time girlfriend on the run, and 'Front Lines', a look into the faintest possibility of reconciliation amidst the current ideological wars, were produced in Los Angeles to warm receptions. Gropman performed an autobiographical piece in the hit national show 'Mortified', which became a chapter in the Simon & Schuster book of the3 same name. Gropman has been a guest on Sirius XM, KPFK and KCRW and an excerpt of his live performance was played on NPR. He has written comedic-laced speeches for professionals, executives, business owners, and political figures, and written and performed comedy across the country.
