Adrienne Onofri is a New York City-based journalist specializing in travel and entertainment. She has covered the travel industry and written about destinations and hotels worldwide as both a staff editor and freelance contributor to various publications. She is the author of the books "Walking Brooklyn: 30 Tours Exploring Historical Legacies, Neighborhood Culture, Side Streets, and Waterways" and "Walking Queens: 30 Tours for Discovering the Diverse Communities, Historic Places, and Natural Treasures of New York City's Largest Borough." "Walking Brooklyn," originally published in 2007, was completely updated, rewritten and redesigned for a second edition published in late 2017. Adrienne is a licensed NYC sightseeing guide and has led tours in Queens, Brooklyn and Manhattan by foot, bus, car and trolley.
