Agnes M. Mercado

Agnes M. Mercado is a graduate of LIA-COM with majors in Economics and Marketing Management from De La Salle University. She started her career in Product Management and later evolved as an HR Professional working with the Human Resources Department of multi-national corporations and through continuing education, receiving a Diploma in HR Management from the University of Santo Tomas. She has almost two decades of experience in various HR disciplines particularly change management, organizational development, designing recruitment, internship, and training programs. Throughout her career she has been known for her strategic vision and dedication to fostering inclusive growth-oriented environments that are aligned with business goals. A go-getter who sweated her way toward achieving her career goals, till she was forced to leave unsustainable work habits and life. Her deep personal journey, her battle with health challenges, the latest being breast cancer, led her through a transformation and change in outlook in life.
