Aicha is a 30+ year veteran in the franchise industry who started as a pizza delivery driver, and through the years was promoted to area supervisor, franchise consultant, director, and brand vice president. She ran the largest pizza franchise in the Bahamas and even built her own prototype brand. She has worked and traveled the world with organizations like Domino’s Pizza, Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen, and Olive Garden helping open and grow Master Franchisees of these global brands. Aicha has been assisting franchisees improve their operations, reducing costs, increase their profits and grow into successful multi-unit operators her entire career. In recent years, she has focused on building the American Franchise Academy and spreading the knowledge and expertise to clients from the US and around the world.
