Aimie Strachan

Aimie Strachan is a qualified Primary Teacher and full time mum to two children. She wrote Matilda's Eye Patch based on her experience with her daughter getting an eye patch at age 2. When Aimie could not find the resources to support her daughter through such an important experience, she set out to create them to support other families! As a teacher, Aimie understands the value and impact books can have on children. In her free time Aimie enjoys collecting sea glass on the beach, long walks and writing important notes in her many, many notebooks.
