Al Gracian III

Al Gracian III is a homesteader, urban gardener and YouTube creator. He has years of experience in the landscape industry and an associate degree in graphic design. Gardening is both his passion and his livelihood. For more than a decade, he has worked to inspire people through his online gardening website, Albopepper.com. During this time, he has published more than 100 YouTube videos demonstrating techniques for maximizing yields in the garden. He has also explained the science behind many horticulture concepts including plant lighting. He currently lives in Western Pennsylvania, USDA Zone 6 with his wife, in a small suburban lot. Their 1/13th of an acre property leaves them with significant space limitations. However, by practicing edible landscaping techniques, alongside sub-irrigated planters, the two of them grow more than $1000 of food every year.
