I was born in Algeria, raised in Egypt, educated in the US, and presently live both in France and in my wife's country of origin, Romania. By the time I was ten, I spoke French at home, colloquial Arabic in the streets, and English in a small school that harbored no less than twenty-five different nationalities, and a mere hundred students. There, I grew up with an Egyptian stepfather, and have brothers and sisters of three different nationalities. In other words and back in the nineteen-fifties, I was born and raised in a sort of modern network, time-sharing, road-warrior, multiple-reporting and international family system. Very early, this general context served to train me to embrace today's complexity and to become a proficient international systemic team and organizational coach. I am thankful for my sixty-five year learning curve. The agenda included numerous developmental experiences provoked by an apparently hectic context: an original family, a large number of unexpected and emerging environmental events, many very good and otherwise doubtful personal choices, every one of my personal and professional partners, etc. This curriculum seems to have been designed and beautifully coordinated by some knowing master plan, each time to prepare me for the next step and the one after that, until today, summer of 2014. So I feel very blessed and am so deeply grateful. http://www.metasysteme-coaching.eu/english/ Alain Cardon MCC Master Certified Coach since 2002, mostly recognized for his specific competencies in systemic executive coaching, team coaching and organizational coaching, Alain Cardon is also a systemic coach trainer and coach supervisor with coach students in France, Belgium, Spain, Germany and Romania. As far as his personal style for executive coaching, life coaching, team coaching and organizational coaching clients, Alain has developed a direct, confronting and empowering coaching approach which may be defined as a blend of brief, systemic, creative, and breakthrough posture and techniques. Although French national and part-time resident, his intensely international personal life and career also makes it difficult to define Alain's executive coaching heritage as originating from one or another coaching school of thought, one or another national frame of reference.
