Alan Loots

Alan Loots was born in Carroll, Iowa. At age ten, he became a professional musician, playing drums in his father's big band. He graduated from Drake University with a degree in journalism and spent several years working in the television industry. Loots lives in Des Moines. STORM LAKE is Loots' first novel.
