Alberto has more than 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, process reengineering, negotiation, mergers, automation of sales processes, training, development and management coaching. He began his career at Procter & Gamble (1985) where he stayed for 12 years and where he rose from being a sales representative to occupying sales management. In his last eight years of corporate work, he served as sales director at companies such as Campbell's Soup and Kraft Foods de México (1997 to 2002), where he managed a sales force of more than 1,000 people. He has international experience since, in his last position in the corporate world, he directed the commercial area of Kraft Foods in Argentina (2003 to 2004). Alberto graduated from Tecnologico de Monterrey, has a Master's Degree in Administration and has a Diploma in Senior Management from the Kellogg Business School of Management at Northwestern University. From 2005 to 2020 he was president of Sandler Training in Mexico, an international business consulting company where he trained hundreds of salespeople and managers in various industries and markets. From 2008 to date, he serves as President of the Sales Leaders Group, an association that brings together more than 27,000 members from Mexico and Latin America and since 2010 offers recruitment and selection services for talented sales people for companies in Mexico and Latin America.
