Alejandro’s career journey has taken him through leadership roles at TelevisaUnivision, Bain & Company, Time Inc., and DiDi. At DiDi, he led the global growth marketing strategy across four continents, managing a hundreds of million annual budget. Alejandro always brought together sharp analysis with a genuine understanding of people—all while living in the heart of the AI revolution in San Francisco. Alejandro’s work is not only about business. He collaborated with the United Nations to improve education in Jordan, showing that his strategic skills can create opportunities even in challenging environments. Whether working on marketing budgets or providing new educational opportunities, Alejandro's mission is to leverage his skills for a broader positive impact. Alejandro’s education is top-notch, with a Master’s from The University of Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from prestigious College CIDE, as well as diplomas from Stanford University and General Assembly. But for him, learning is about sharing. He has taught negotiation at CIDE, mentored social entrepreneurs at New Ventures Mexico, and supported mentees through LGBT Mentoring. His goal is to turn his experience into opportunities for others. He breaks down complex ideas into engaging content online. Alejandro is also passionate about making environments more inclusive. He founded CIDE+ to advance diversity at his alma mater, and at The University of Chicago, he was part of the Board at the Center for Identity + Inclusion. At DiDi, he led Orange Pride across Latin America, creating diverse and inclusive teams that work together and innovate.
