Cook since 1981, still working as Chef. France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Austria, the Caribbean, Thailand... a life of professionally seasoned travels. Currently the owner of a Delishop in Thailand since 2017. Married to Yuu, originally from Bangkok, for 15 years, we have found our little piece of paradise in Krabi/Ao Nang. In 2024, I decided to embark on a new path: becoming an author. My first publication, Un Peu Tordu (A Little Twisted), is a collection of popular anecdotes. I have also created a new character, Gendarme Antoine, whose first case, The Silence of Dawn, will be followed by more stories to come. In a few month I will also publish illustrated children's books recounting the adventures of Cocolitto, the boxfish.
