Alvaro González-Alorda

Álvaro González Alorda is co-founder and managing partner of emergap, a consulting firm specializing in organisational transformation. He has collaborated with more than 100 companies in 30 countries in Europe and America. He is a professor at Headspring (by Financial Times & IE Business School) and a visiting professor at other business schools in Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Peru, Colombia, Mexico, the United States, England and Spain. He studied at the University of Navarra (FCOM’96) and at IESE Business School (PDD’06), and completed a period of research at Harvard Business School (2007). He is the author of the books: Los próximos 30 años (2010) and The Talking Manager (2011) and Cabeza, corazón y manos (2020). Riverview (2021) is his first novel.
