Growing up I loved to read and use my imagination to go into peaceful surroundings. I was grateful enough to have access to books such as The Chronicles of Narnia, The Lord of the Rings, J.K. Rowling, etc. I lived in Colorado, surrounded by nature and beauty. I thought, what if there were hidden secrets in those mountains, and I was the one to find them? I faced challenges, as many do, but continued to hold on to that creativity that ran circles in my head. I grew up and I met my husband, who saved me in so many ways. We moved to Kansas, but my mind still ran wild with imagination with the help of these books that brought me nostalgia. So I decided, I was going to create that. My intention was to inspire others to follow their goals, enter into distant lands of faith and adventure. Be yourself, do not worry what others think. As Dr. Suess said, why are you trying so hard to fit in, when you were born to stand out?
