Amanda Schuster is a freelance writer and beverage industry consultant based in Brooklyn, NY. She is the author of Signature Cocktails (October, 2023), New York Cocktails, and Drink Like a Local New York for which she was nominated for a 2023 Tales of the Cocktail Spirited award. She was the main contributor and managing editor-in-chief of Alcohol Professor and has written for Atlas Obscura, Liquor dot Com, Saveur, Inside Hook, Forbes, Bloomberg News, Distiller dot com, SevenFifty, Imbibe, the Whiskey Wash, and Whiskey Advocate among many other publications.
