Amber Walker, PT, DPT, CFMP, CNPT is a physical therapist graduate of Regis University who has been working with patients for over 15 years in outpatient orthopedics, home health, and wellness. Amber specializes in working with patients who suffer from chronic conditions including fibromyalgia, ME/CFS, dysautonomia, mast cell activation disease, covid and vaccine complications, Lyme disease, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, migraine headaches, inflammation from mold, and chronic viral, gastrointestinal, and bacterial issues that influence immune system function. Amber is trained in Kinetacore Functional Dry Needling and completed her Certification in the practice of Functional Medicine (CFMP®) and Certification in Nutritional Physical Therapy in 2020. She is also trained in Craniobiotic Technique (CBT) and Mind Body Spirit Release™ (MBSR™). Amber is the author of “Mast Cells United: A Holistic Approach to Mast Cell Activation Syndrome” published in March of 2019 and “The Trifecta Passport: Tools for MCAS, POTS and EDS” published in January of 2021. Amber is particularly passionate about building community and hosting holistic healing events and retreats. Originally from Alaska, Amber thrives on being outdoors and is particularly drawn to mountain running and water sports. In the past she has held roles as a small business owner of a stand-up-paddling company, a swimming coach, public health volunteer and researcher in Peru, faculty at several universities, and a freelance photographer and writer. She is an avid surfer and enjoys spending time in Mexico year-round.
