Amulya Veldanda Vadali is an author from New Jersey. She received her B.S/M.S in Biomedical Engineering and is currently a R&D Scientist in a biotech company. Although her academic background and career are in the sciences, she has always had a passion for reading and writing. Ever since she was little, she could fill countless books with her poems, short stories, and musings. It was always her dream to someday publish her stories and she is finally making that happen! The inspiration for her stories came from her own golden retriever, Cosmo, who taught her something new every day about the importance of family, love, patience, empathy, and courage. The irony is that Amulya herself used to be terrified of dogs. But she was able to face her fears and today she is the biggest dog-lover! Through her stories, Amulya hopes to share some of these important concepts with her young readers, while also making them laugh and love the journey!
