Amy Donaldson

Amy started her coaching career in 2014 after enjoying several years of selling real estate and rising to the top 10% of agents in the Portland Metro area. Her unique perspective and problem-solving ability has helped commission based sales professionals nation-wide. Amy published her first book, Get Off the Cash Flow Roller Coaster!, in 2018. This was the result of working directly with hundreds of real estate agents and noticing that success isn't as mysterious as people think. Success is NOT an accident and it doesn't happen by luck. Top performers share some very specific habits and skills. These habits and skills are not unique to real estate—they are universal across all sales industries. Best of all, these habits and skills can be easily taught to anyone who is willing to learn! This has become her life’s work. She now coaches top sales professionals throughout the United States and across many industries. She loves giving back to her community and helping other people find success. In her free time, she enjoys running along forested trails and the shores of the Pacific Northwest.
