Amy Jackson is founder and director of The Perch (www.theperchplace.com), a wellness center in Aurora, Illinois that helps people rest, find peace, and experience transformation. She is an RYT-200 yoga teacher and a certified Wellness and Social-Emotional Learning Facilitator. Jackson also holds an M.A. in Christian Formation and Ministry from Wheaton College. She spends time leading retreats, teaching about soul care, and training leaders. Prior to leading The Perch, Amy Jackson served as the editor and publisher for several publications of Christianity Today, including SmallGroups.com, WomenLeaders.com, and Christian Bible Studies. As a former small-group director and minister, creating practical resources for church leaders and congregations is a delight. Amy Jackson is an introvert who's passionate about living life in community. She loves good food, good drinks, and good books. Amy, her husband, their daughters, and their Wheaten terrier love their local community outside Chicago.
