Amy Loftus

Originally from Chicago, Amy Loftus got her start in improv at Second City and has worked as a professional actress, singer/songwriter, voice over actor, and dancer. She was also a certified yoga teacher and teacher trainer. Amy began teaching and coaching women about emotional intimacy and relationships in 2017 through her podcast "Something Better." Writing essays on Substack to contemplate the major societal shifts that escalated in 2020 included a deeper look at feminism and what Amy coined liberal "Culture Capture." This led to her current crowdfunded podcast "Real Progress" and her first book, Eve's Second Chance. Amy has placed growth and trust in God above all and helps women to restore or establish that trust, to realize relationship dreams. She is a grateful wife and stepmom and lives in North Carolina.
