Ana Iris Ruiz Morillo is a bilingual and bicultural educator with over 20 years of experience in the fields of education, public health, and community engagement. Ana is the founder and director of Training to Impact and teaches Latino Family and Culture at the School of Social Work at Pacific University, Oregon. As a children's book author, Ana enjoys writing and sharing stories that reflect the lived experiences of the communities she supports, with a focus on making important topics, such as environmental issues, accessible and easy to understand for young readers.
