Andrea Cruz

Andrea Cruz is a wife and mother of three teenage sons. Believing that creativity is the greatest currency, she has a multitude of hobbies including: writing, drawing, painting, hiking, T-shirt designing, soap and candle-making, and crafting. She also enjoys working with children. Her first published piece was the cover art for The Mystery of Box Island, a children’s book written by her father, Dennis Curlett in 2016. Next, she illustrated the beloved children’s picture book, Hamster’s Home, written by her middle son, Michael Cruz. It was in helping Michael publish his book, that Cruz learned the art of self-publishing. Since then, she has written and illustrated many inspirational children’s picture books. These endearing books share the motivational theme of overcoming common challenges. It is her intention to inspire people to think outside the box, and use their inherent gift of creativity to their advantage. Additionally, she has published several inspirational notebooks and journals that are available on Amazon. She resides in Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
