I am Andrew F. Herrmann, Professor of Communication Studies at East Tennessee State University (ETSU), where I teach courses about Business & Professional Communication, Organizational Communication, and Autoethnography. I’m interested in the stories people tell and personal identity, specializing in ethnography and narrative in business, social, and polymediated contexts.
