Andrew Sherwood

Andrew Sherwood is a professional musician who performs and teaches classical and jazz on clarinet and saxophone. He is a retired military band musician with thirty years of service. As a musician, his first love is playing New Orleans jazz clarinet. In August 2022 during a walk along the beach with his wife, Debbie, he became inspired to write a book. His mother had published short stories and children’s books, and she had always urged Andy to try writing. At first he had no idea what kind of story to write, but after researching the subject, a murder mystery seemed like just the genre to try.
