Andrew Simmons

Andrew Simmons is a 15 year animation veteran from the Walt Disney Animation Studio in Orlando, FL. Where he worked on most of the animated movies and short films from The Little Mermaid, the Lion King, to Brother Bear doing various jobs as: Cel Painter, Traditional Film Camera, and Final Check. Since he left Disney in 2004, he has been published twice: first in the Zonderkidz manga: TOMO: I Was an Eighth Grade Ninja and secondly in the Veggie Tales Bible. The 1st Tomo manga which won a Bronze Medal for excellence from the Moonbeam Children's book awards in the graphic novel category and his work on the Veggie Tales Bible was as a story adapter. He took eight of the Veggie Tales DVDs and adapted the stories to only four pages each of comic book format script which were then produced as artwork and included inside the Bible. Finally, he has started releasing his first self-published short stories in the Isaiah Tiller book series which you can only find here on Amazon titled Isaiah: And the Night is Gray, The Spirit of the Tree, The Chessmen, and The Spear of Longinus.
