For most of his twenty years in advertising, Andrew has built and led ensemble teams of creative professionals focused on digital transformation and modern marketing. Throughout his career he has focused on developing novel solutions to complex problems rooted in design and technology. He is passionate about team design and development and believes firmly that the right people in the right environment can accomplish anything. His career has included work with BlackRock Financial, National Instruments, Microsoft, Whole Foods, American Express, Goodyear, CVS, Stoli, Teledoc, and Taco Bell among many others. He has received top industry honors and been featured in FastCompany and CommArts. He has served on award juries for The ONE Show and Effy Awards, as a jury Chair for the AIGA awards and has been highlighted by Ad Week magazine as a Mobile Innovator.
