Andria Lisle is a curator, an author, and a producer of unique audience experiences. She works as Curator of Strategic Engagement at the Memphis Brooks Museum of Art. Lisle and Amie Petronis Plumley are co-authors of the Sewing School series of books: The best-selling Sewing School: 21 Sewing Projects Kids Will Love to Make, Sewing School 2: Lessons in Machine Sewing, Sewing School Quilts, and Sewing School Fashion Design. She has also written liner notes for numerous clients and music projects, including Rhino Records, Fat Possum Records, Light in the Attic Records, the Bo-Keys, Mick Hucknall, John Németh, Yellow Dog Records, the Center for Southern Folklore, and Birdman Records.
