Andy spent 30 years in education (You only get 15 years for Murder! ) working with the most difficult challenging and challenged young people in the system before emerging as a Certified NLP trainer and Coach. He also works as a business coach helping business owners escape mediocracy! He worked in special education with young people with severe social emotional and behavioural difficulties, served on national and local bodies in education before taking up the headship of a special school. He wanted to understand how he got the outstanding results from students and their families no one else cold get and this lead him into neurolinguistic programming - he trained with John Grinder as an NLP trainer and applies his knowledge skills and expertise in a number of contexts. As a personal development coach; his clients experience significant personal change and development. As a Trainer; course participants learn self mastery and greater personal choice, and are able to apply this in their personal and professional lives.
