Andy Smith is an Appreciative Inquiry facilitator, Emotional Intelligence consultant, and NLP trainer based in the UK and working worldwide. He has been assisting individuals and groups with accelerated change for 25 years. His experience includes IT consultancy, stress management and corporate branding. He is the author of How To Hire Emotionally Intelligent Talent (Coaching Leaders 2019), Achieve Your Goals: Strategies To Transform Your Life (Dorling Kindersley 2006), and The Trainer’s Pack of NLP Exercises (Coaching Leaders 2010). Andy is accredited to administer the Goleman/Boyatzis Emotional and Social Competence Inventory (ESCI™) 360º assessment. He is a professional member of the Association for NLP. He has provided executive coaching, team facilitation and training in emotional intelligence to a client list which includes the National School of Government, Biffa, GlaxoSmithKline UK, the Defence Academy of the United Kingdom, Volvo Trucks Malaysia, Manchester City Council, and the NHS.
