Ann Marie Conklin taught music, art and dance to preschool children for over 15 years. She has a bachelor's in art and a master's degree in art therapy and counseling. Her books include: 1. My First Music Lesson which introduces musical concepts to preprimary children in a fun and exciting fashion. It is the first in the book series, My First Lesson. 2. Bullfrogs Don't Chew Bubblegum, a book that promotes environmental awareness and appreciation in young children. 3. Kitty! about a young boy’s friendship with his cat. 4. A Grave for the Devil: A Warrior's Memoir. A memoir written about her own childhood. 5. A lined Therapy Journal. She is currently working on her newest book, My First Art Lesson.
