Anna Favaro

Hi, My name is Anna, and I'm from Venice in Italy. I'm a bilingual Italian and English teacher and a freelance translator. I graduated in English language and literature in Venice, where I live with my family. I got a Postgraduate Master's degree to teach Italian language and culture to foreign students of all levels. My field of research is Psycholinguistics and Neurolinguistics to understand what happens in our brain and mind when we study a new language. I've been teaching Italian and English since 2004 and I work with students from all backgrounds. I am a professional teacher of Italian as a second language online, a podcaster, a YouTuber and a writer. I write books and prepare study material for adult students who want to learn Italian online. When I'm not teaching I like traveling. writing, reading and I am the host of the Podcast and YouTube channels Una Storia ItaliAnna where you can listen to me speak about Italian culture as it really is. I also speak Spanish, so I perfectly understand how hard it is to study a new language.
