Anna is a London-based yoga teacher and a graphic designer. She teaches at different clubs and studios around London and loves teaching yoga to kids. Most of the inspiration for this book came from her lessons and her niece Gaby. She completed her yoga training in India. This book is her first debut in a series of Yoga Festival books. It encourages a deeper understanding of the connection with the world around us and encourages parents to do yoga positions and meditation with their kids.
