Anne Peckham

Anne Peckham is a singer, master teacher, and author. She is the Chair of the Voice Department at Berklee College of Music which is the home base for over 1800 voice students and 90+ voice faculty. Her work as a teacher and her publications have influenced popular singing pedagogy worldwide. Her approach embraces the foundations of good vocal technique while building singers' skills in contemporary music styles. Anne is the author of several publications for Berklee Press: The Contemporary Singer, Elements of Vocal Technique, (2nd edition) with sing-along tracks, and its companion, Vocal Workouts for the Contemporary Singer, released in Japanese, Russian, Brazilian Portuguese, Korean, and Chinese translations, and The Singer's Handbook from the Berklee in the Pocket series. Vocal Studies for the Contemporary Singer (with online audio), is the latest addition to The Contemporary Singer series released in 2022. It features new vocal exercises and original vocal etudes with online audio tracks.
