Anthony B. Kurosawa was born and raised in Seattle, growing up with the unique blend of his Japanese father's and American mother's cultural influences. His love for cooking ignited as a teenager when he perfected his first dish—Japanese-style pasta carbonara. Though he has pursued a full-time career in an office job, Anthony has always considered himself a professional home cook, refining his skills and passion over the years. In his free time, Anthony enjoys watching Netflix with his wife, reading books, cooking up new dishes, playing with his kids, and taking his dogs for long walks.
