Antonella Puca

Antonella Puca, CFA, CPA/ABV is a Partner with BlueVal in New York. Antonella specializes in the valuation of private equity and venture-backed companies for financial and tax reporting, M&A transactions, buy-sell agreements, estate planning and litigation purposes. Prior to BlueVal, Antonella has held positions at various valuation advisory firms, and as an auditor in the financial services practice at KPMG, RSM US and E&Y in San Francisco and New York. Antonella is currently serving as a member of the Portfolio Valuation Forum of the AICPA and as a member of the CFA Exam Development Team. She has served on the Business Valuation Committee of the AICPA, as a member of AIMA’s research committee and as a director of the board and treasurer of the CFA Society of New York. She has served at CFA Institute as a volunteer in the area of curriculum review, as a judge in the CFA Institute Research Challenge, and as a director in the ethics and professional standards group. Antonella is currently serving as a board member and treasurer of Snehacares Inc. a non-profit organization which she co-founded in 2015 dedicated to assist children with HIV AIDS in Bangalore, India. Antonella is a frequent presenter and author on valuation and alternative investment topics. She holds the CFA charter, is licensed as a CPA in California and in New York and accredited in Business Valuation by the AICPA. She is a member of the Italian National Association of Journalists. She received the 2021 Volunteer of the Year - Valuation Services Award of the AICPA. Antonella graduated in Economics, with honors, at the University Federico II of Naples, Italy with a thesis in Public Finance and has a Master of Law Studies in Taxation from NYU Law School. She has been a research fellow at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and has held the Italian national title in the 420 sailing class for Circolo del Remo e della Vela Italia.
