Aram Cargill

关于作者

Aram Cargill is an innovative thinker in the field of neurodivergence, focusing particularly on ADHD and its related challenges. His research has been featured in esteemed journals such as the International Journal of Psychiatry Research and the American Journal of Neurology. He has also spoken at prestigious conferences, including the International Conference on Psychiatric Nursing in Paris and the 4th World Congress on Psychiatry & Mental Health in Rome. Originally trained in AI and machine learning, Aram became disillusioned with the trajectory of these fields, shifting his focus to the untapped potential of the human body-brain connection. At the 4th World Congress on Psychiatry, he shared: "If we invested as much in enhancing human potential and well-being as we do in advancing machine learning and artificial intelligence, we would elevate the human experience to new heights—far beyond what technology alone can achieve." Aram's work now centers on the Brain Benefit Movement (BBM), a method designed to enhance self-regulation and executive function, especially for individuals with ADHD. BBM reflects his commitment to non-medication-based approaches to ADHD management and emphasizes the body-brain connection as the key to unlocking human potential. His book, No Meds ADHD, represents the culmination of this journey, offering innovative, science-backed ways to support neurodivergent individuals without relying on medication.
