Mr. Arvind Sambhaji Gavade, after obtaining his Civil Engineering Degree from Walchand College of Engineering Sangli, (Shivaji University)Maharashtra India, got his post graduation in Advanced Construction Management from National Institute of Construction Management and Research, Pune Maharashtra, India. After joining in Contracts Management Department in Construction Company, He is facing challenges in drafting of letters. He searched many reference books and surprised that till date no such book available in market to deal with such problems. finally, he decided to write a book on drafting of Contractual letters. Hence it will be useful for FRESHER's, in the field of Contracts Management. After studying of almost 4000 letters based on FIDIC and good practical experience helped him to wrote a book on "Drafting of Contractual Letters" Also he recently he published a book on "Content of Construction Contracts". This book mainly focuses on how to draft construction contract based on FIDIC and what clauses to be added in contract in order to avoid the claims.
