Ashley Davies brings over three decades of experience in corporate and startup environments across the globe. His career has taken him from the UK to Silicon Valley, APAC, and Australia, with notable tenures at BP, Disney, PayPal, and Intuit before building out a team at a Sydney based Fintech. Ashley is a Fellow CPA and has successfully navigated multiple capital raises, has advised 20+ start-ups, and is an Angel investor and advisor for multiple businesses in Australia, the US and central Asia. Ashley is a veteran of multiple successful M&A deals and was the first CFO of Venmo after their acquisition by PayPal. One of the most valuable pieces of feedback Ashley has received is his ability to make Finance accessible to non- financial professionals. In response, he created the "Simplifying Finance" series to help entrepreneurs and business leaders navigate the Financial aspects of running a business with ease.
