Ashley Hughes-Jefferson is the Software Savvy Queen—CEO, coach, and dedicated advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. With over 12 years of experience in IT, Ashley is a proud Deloitte alum, specializing in IT, Artificial Intelligence, Operations, and Customer Service. Her firm is focused on empowering both career and business success. Ashley holds an MBA in Information Technology Management, a BS in Information Technology, and an AAS in Computing and Information Technology with a Software emphasis, along with several IT certifications. She is an alumna of WGU and CSN. Passionate about promoting diversity, she has earned the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace certificate from USF and a certificate in Women’s Entrepreneurship from Cornell University. Additionally, Ashley is a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS). Residing in Las Vegas, Ashley values authenticity in all aspects of life.
