Astrid Mason is an author and illustrator best known for her whimsical and imaginative coloring books for children. Born in 1983 in Chicago, Illinois, Astrid showed an early passion and talent for art. As a child, she would spend hours drawing and coloring, immersing herself in fantastical worlds filled with fairies, unicorns, and all manner of magical creatures. After graduating from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago with a degree in Illustration, Astrid began her career working for a greeting card company. She honed her skills as an illustrator while dreaming of one day publishing her own books. In 2015, Astrid achieved that dream with the release of her first coloring book, Enchanted Forest, filled with intricate illustrations of flowers, animals, and fairy folk. When she's not busy creating new fantastical worlds between the pages, Astrid enjoys gardening, hiking, and spending time with her two daughters. She currently resides in Portland, Oregon with her family and a pet rabbit named Matilda. Astrid's coloring books have brought joy and inspiration to children around the world. Through her art, she hopes to spark creativity and imagination in budding young artists and dreamers.
