Aubrey Grossen

Aubrey Grossen is a wife and mama to 4 kids who live and love soaking up the sun in Southern Utah. After having her first baby, she suffered through postpartum depression. As a result, she created an online community to support women with their mental health. She is the founder of ANYA (A New You Again) where she hosts conferences, events, retreats, memberships, and more to help moms with their mental health journey.
