As a 30+ year veteran to worship leading and a mentor to hundreds of worship leaders and pastors, Austin Ryan understands what it takes to lead teams and churches to devote themselves to worshiping Jesus. In 2007, Austin and his wife Cami founded Worship Catalyst to train and mentor worship leaders and their teams to lead their churches to worship and follow Jesus. His lifetime of being a leader of leaders informs every word he writes, and gives the reader practical tools to become more and more committed to their teams, their craft, and most importantly, Jesus.
