Dr. Balvir Talwar, an outstanding reviewer awardee from Emerald Literati Network U.K., is a nonfiction storyteller well known for integrating spirituality with personal and professional life. He earned a Ph.D. in Management from IIT Roorkee and published several papers, including the 'Evolution of Universal Business Excellence Model' to integrate spirituality and business excellence. After graduating in Mechanical Engineering, Dr. Talwar enjoyed a 38+ year career with BHEL (Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd.). Excelling in various roles like HR, Quality, CSR, Strategy, and leading transformation initiatives, he retired as Executive Director. His significant accomplishment was caring for the well-being of over 31000 employees, their families, and thousands of contract workers at factories and over 100 project sites during the COVID-19 pandemic.
